Rising Star Moka Mora {@mistress_grey} is set to host the 23^rd annual “Heaven and Hel” Halloween Party taking place on Friday, October 27^th in Hollywood. The event takes place at three separate clubs: Project + Study + Beetle House located at 6356 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
