Penthouse Magazine is offering its fans a chance to win a Penthouse Stranger Things T-shirt in honor of the magazine’s vintage issue that appeared in the hit Netflix original series “Stranger Things”. The contest begins as of today and shall continue for one (1) week.
This contest comes in response to social media buzz and the fans emails regarding the Season 3 episode of the popular sci-fi series on Netflix, Stranger Things. The show is Set in the ‘80s and hints at the iconic retro- inspired themes and pop culture, and gives a nod to the magazine in Episode 3 “The Case of the Missing Lifeguard” when two issues of Penthouse Magazines are discovered in the bedside drawer of the lead character Billy (the “Lifeguard”). According to Penthouse representatives, Penthouse’s inboxes and DMs were “inundated” with many questions from fans about the two issues, originally published in February and April of 1985.
To give fans a taste of what’s inside those magazines, Penthouse is offering a new contest to win a vintage t- shirt commemorating the return of these iconic magazine covers to the spotlight. All participants will have the ability to download a limited digital version of the issues to see what’s inside. According to Penthouse, selected winners will also be chosen to receive a vintage t-shirt within seven (7) days following Launch of the contest.
