Tall, beautiful Courtney Byers, formerly known as the adult star, Alison Tyler, is embarking on a New York City media tour this week promoting her December 2019 cover of FHM Magazine and promoting her health and fitness business www.balancedbodieswellness.com

“My focus with Balanced Bodies is helping people repair their relationship with food and exercise. I came from a binge and restrict background when I first started modeling and body building and I am finding it more and more common,” says Courtney. “I coach weight training and nutrition and I weave in yoga and meditation for a mind and body approach. At home I help clients by teaching them how to cook, how to grocery shop and to understand/enjoy what they’re eating. In 2020 I am expanding to leading retreats internationally, I will also be taking on a limited number of local SoCal clients to cook and meal prep for.”
