“My focus with Balanced Bodies is helping people repair their relationship with food and exercise. I came from a binge and restrict background when I first started modeling and body building and I am finding it more and more common,” says Courtney. “I coach weight training and nutrition and I weave in yoga and meditation for a mind and body approach. At home I help clients by teaching them how to cook, how to grocery shop and to understand/enjoy what they’re eating. In 2020 I am expanding to leading retreats internationally, I will also be taking on a limited number of local SoCal clients to cook and meal prep for.”
