The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health (http://TheCSPH.org) launches its inaugural “Sextended Family Reunion” August 12 – 14. The event, held in Belgrade, Maine, will allow sex-positive community members to join together for a relaxing weekend reconnecting with each other.
“I hear from so many people in the field of sexuality that they’re working in isolation, or feeling disconnected from people who share their values,” says CSPH Executive Director Kira Manser (http://twitter.com/shes_a_muppet). “‘Sextended Family Reunion’ is an opportunity for people to connect with others from very diverse parts of the field – adult industry, educators, therapists, sex workers, bloggers, and everyone in between – and just have a good time. I hope people will have an unreasonable amount of fun, and get to meet and build memories, and real relationships, with people who also work in this field. I believe this supports the overall health and happiness of the folks who do this work, and makes for a stronger sexuality field as a whole!”
Every ticket registration for The CSPH’s “Sextended Family Reunion” includes:
Camping / tenting privileges for 1 adult from noon August 12 – noon August 14
o Note: Camping and tenting supplies are not included
- 6 total meals:
o Friday: dinner
o Saturday: breakfast, lunch & dinner
o Sunday: breakfast & lunch
- Access to all camp activities including, but not limited to:
o Bonfires & s’mores
o Water activities & hiking
o Movies by the water
o Sex trivia & Open mic / talent show
o Sex-positive team relay race
o Dance party
