Maitland Ward Hosts Weekly CamSoda Shows to Raise Funds for Hard-Hit Performers

Maitland Ward is making waves over at live webcam site CamSoda, hosting weekly performances to raise money for entertainers in need during the COVID-19 crisis.

Ward, AVN’s 2020 Fan Award Winner for Favorite Camming Cosplayer, will treat fans to a live one-hour show every Thursday evening on the CamSoda platform with the goal of raising at least $1,000 a week – $4,000 a month – to be donated to charitable organizations such as the Free Speech Coalition’s emergency performer’s fund. Her April 2^nd performance earned over 21,000 tokens, which netted $1,014.00.

“This community has been so open and welcoming to me, and I just want to give back in any way I can by supporting performers from all over, and donating as much money as possible to organizations that support this industry,” said Ward.

The popular star, who boasts an impressive fan base thanks to her successful mainstream acting career in such shows as Boy Meets World and The Bold and the Beautiful, is respected and supported by her adult industry peers as well.

“I went online and asked all performers who wanted their OnlyFans pages advertised that I would purchase and retweet their handles,” added Ward. “To date, I have subscribed to over 150 accounts so far.”
